A Little About Me
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach near Bicester in Oxfordshire, specialising in digestive health as well as a mum to teenage twins, and manager of the local Food Bank.
The main force behind my desire to help others improve their digestive health is from my own journey to overcome Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) trigged by periods of stress and anxiety. I can't believe I put up with digestive issues for so long, struggling to find what I could eat, worrying about going to the toilet and hating the way my belly would bloat. More recently, hormonal imbalances (dare I say it, peri-menopause) wrought havoc with my body and mind and the IBS symptoms resurfaced.
When I sought the help of a nutritionist and other holistic practitioners to get me through the hard times, I realised that you definitely are what you eat and that prolonged stress negatively affects your health in many ways.

I studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
