Cherry Sorbet
Beat the heat with this delicious easy cherry sorbet recipe

Serves 4
400g sweet pitted cherries
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. vanilla soy yogurt or natural yogurt
4 tbsp. water
mint leaves to serve
Method
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for one hour.
The ingredients make approx. 2 scoops per serving.
Gluten free
Dairy free if soy yogurt is used
