On a Video Call

Base Plan : Lifestyle Check In

£65 (£50 if referred)

You already try to live a healthy lifestyle but want to be sure that you are doing everything possible to maintain your health and wellness and prevent future ill health. I can offer a ‘Lifestyle Check In’ review to assess your current health status and identify areas of improvement.  Maybe you are unsure that you're eating correctly or following a workout routine that best suits you.  Together we explore why the resistance exists while co-creating a plan to help you move beyond.

Includes:

 

•            1:1 consultation (60-90 mins) to take a full health history and lifestyle assessment

•            Review of your 3-day food diary

•            Review the areas you want to focus on, your goals and identify the challenges

•            Co-creation of an Action Plan with advice on recommended nutrition & lifestyle changes

•            Free 'Starter Pack' which includes helpful information and recipes

•            Unlimited email or WhatsApp contact for 2 weeks to help you on your way

 

 Once you have completed the ‘Lifestyle Check In’ session, if you wish to continue longer term, consider the 45 days ‘Kick Start’ or 90 day ‘Take Back Control’ programme which is offered to existing clients with a 25% discount.

One-off health coaching session and follow up

 

Are you experiencing digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome or acid reflux, energy level imbalances, cravings, weight gain or hormonal swings?  Together we explore why the symptoms exist and I will provide you with a nutrition guide to address the main symptoms.  I will support you remotely until the next follow-up where we assess how things went and if any further sessions are required.

  • A 90 minute 1:1 session to take a full health history and lifestyle assessment*

  • A food diary review to identify potential triggers

  • Discuss the health goals

  • Co-creation of a plan with advice on recommended nutrition & lifestyle changes

  • Unlimited email or WhatsApp contact until the follow-up session

  • 1 x 30 minute follow up consultation*

Motivate & Go

8 week programme

A personalised 8 week programme to get you to where you want to be!

 

Are you stuck in a rut with your eating habits? Don’t enjoy cooking or don’t have time to prepare and cook healthy foods? Maybe you struggle with IBS or similar digestive disorders. Maybe you just feel off kilter and struggle to get through the week because you are tired and low on energy. If any of this sounds familiar and you think that you would benefit from a personalised Motivate & Go programme, I can work with you as your health & wellness coach over an 8-week period and get you to where you want to be.

12 week programme

Do you want to overhaul your diet to include wholesome, healing food because you have a health condition? Perhaps you struggle to manage stress levels, suffer with low self-esteem, feel overwhelmed or lack life balance.  Maybe you don’t sleep well and experience dips in concentration, energy, and suffer from emotional mood swings. If any of this resonates with you, I recommend a personalised 90-day ‘Take Back Control’ programme to tackle the areas you want to change for good. For some people, making positive changes and seeing the results takes longer.  We’re all different and if you are the tortoise rather than the hare, then this package is for you!

 

Over 3 months, we will work together to get you back in control. As a Health Coach, I will be by your side on your journey, supporting you every step of the way.
